Who we are
ShortsGate (shortsgate.app) is run by Claudiu Micu. Contact: [email protected]. ShortsGate is unofficial and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
The free tracker
The free tools are provided as they are, without charge and without any guarantee. They read files you choose in your browser; they never connect to your YouTube account.
What Pro and Agency are
Pro ($5, paid once) unlocks the Pro tools for one person on the devices where they enter their licence key. Agency ($12 a month) unlocks the same tools for a team managing several channels, plus roster and client reports, for as long as the subscription is active. Prices are in US dollars and include any tax Stripe adds at checkout where required.
Forecasts are estimates
Odds, projections, checkpoints and reports are statistical estimates from the numbers you load. They are not financial advice and not a promise of YouTube income or eligibility. YouTube decides who qualifies, using its own counts, and can change its rules at any time. Always check YouTube Studio before acting.
Your licence key
Your key is personal to you (or, for Agency, your organisation). Don't publish or resell it. We may switch off a key that is shared publicly or used abusively, and we'll tell you why by email.
Refunds
Within 14 days of a payment, write to [email protected] and we refund it in full, no questions. A refund or chargeback switches the licence off. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep your legal right of withdrawal; because Pro unlocks immediately, at checkout you ask us to start right away, and our 14-day refund applies on top.
Cancelling Agency
Cancel any time from the billing portal (Account › Manage or cancel). Agency stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then stops; there are no cancellation fees. We don't refund part-months, except under the refund window above.
Changes and availability
We may improve Pro, and we'll keep every feature you paid for working for at least 12 months from your purchase. If we ever shut Pro down sooner, we'll refund Pro purchases made in the previous 12 months. We'll announce price changes for Agency at least 30 days ahead; they apply from your next period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.
Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law; consumers keep the protection of the law of the country where they live. Updated: 30 October 2026.
