In short

There are no accounts. The only time we ask for your email is if you choose to join the Pro waitlist. The YouTube Studio file you drop in, or the numbers you paste or type, are read and analysed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded, stored on a server, or put in the page link.

What stays on your device

Your browser stores your theme and your cookie choice locally. Channels you add to the compare table stay in that tab only and are gone when you close it. Nothing about your channel is saved unless a future Pro “saved history” feature asks you first.

Analytics and session replay

We use PostHog (EU-hosted) to count visits and find errors. Until you accept, and if you reject, this is cookieless: nothing is stored on your device, and PostHog derives an anonymous id from a hash of the day, your IP address and browser that changes every day, so we can't recognise you across days. There is no session replay in that mode. If you accept, PostHog may also use cookies and local storage to recognise return visits, and record a session replay if you leave that switch on. Either way, events record what you did (for example “CSV uploaded”, which file format, how many days, and a rounded qualifies/doesn't-qualify result) and the site or campaign that sent you here, never your file or exact view counts. Inputs and the results panel are masked in recordings. You can change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Links to other sites

Source links go straight to YouTube Help and the YouTube Blog. The optional “Google Calendar” reminder links open Google Calendar with the reminder text filled in (dates and a link back here, nothing about your channel); the .ics reminder file is made in your browser. Some links to creator tools may become affiliate links in the future; if so they will be labelled.

Pro waitlist

If you join the Pro waitlist, we store your email address, which button you used and the date in a Cloudflare D1 database, only to send you one email when Pro goes on sale. No newsletter, no sharing, no selling. To keep bots out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and we keep a salted, daily-changing hash of your IP address for rate limiting (never the address itself). Analytics record that someone joined, never the address. To have your address deleted, write to [email protected].

Payments

Nothing is for sale yet. The planned Pro features are marked “coming soon”; we process no payments and collect no card details.
